	TERMS AND CONDITIONS WINSFILED ensures the normal operation of its product (“the product”), as well as provides maintenance & free of charge service of parts replacement for the registration customer. Excluding repair of the followings: Negligence, improper operation or installation that caused the damages. Damage caused by fire, typhoon, humidity or other natural calamities. If the product or any part(s) thereof are modified, tampered with or repaired in anyway by anybody other than our staff. Case of the product, accessories used together with the product. WINSFILED will provide maintenance service during business hour (1000 to 1730 daily on Monday to Friday, 1000 to 1300 on Saturday) WINSFILED will have the right to charge for service fee if user request to provide service during unofficial working hours. Maintenance only provide to registration customer & their original address. When change address, WINSFILED must be informed in black and white within 14days of changing address. WINSFILED shall not be liable in respect of any claim that may occur as a result of any loss of business or profit or for any other consequential loss however arising. All damaged parts replacement shall be must upon made upon our technician, and defective parts being replaced will not be returned. This Maintenance Service is valid only in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR only.
